For the first time in my life, I’m healthy because my schedule is completely my own. Why should I have to trade my health in exchange for work and the opportunity to earn money?

I am fortunate to have been able to save money to leave a job and start my own business. For the first time since I was 14, my time is completely my own. I'm also the happiest and healthiest I have ever been. Why should I have to sacrifice my health to produce wealth for others? Why shouldn't everyone be able to take the time they need to take care of themselves, instead of struggling to exist and laboring for others?
