I know I shouldn’t complain because I only have to do it for 3 weeks but I’m already a week in and just don’t feel like being on cam. So today I didn’t go on cam and my manager asked me to go on cam and I said I just wasn’t feeling it today. She responded “Everyone else is on, pls go on cam”. I obliged.
I was thinking what is the difference between working in an office and being on cam. I don’t know but it just feels different. It feels like micromanagement and also I don’t want to be front and center and that’s how it feels being on cam. Idk maybe I’m being dramatic?
