I’ve been searching OSHA but can’t find exactly what i need. assistance is appreciated.
retail job, we are required to wear walkie talkies with earpieces. there are a limited amount. all the equipment is shared. walkies are numbered and we check them out and in.
a sanitizing wipe is required after use, but the earpieces are porous and it is clear the wipe only gets the surface. another store had a contagious ear infection.
i tried to refuse to wear it. i will try again. i can’t believe this type of thing is still going on after covid.
