Tested positive for COVID and was out last week, as well as yesterday and today. They told me they’re aware of the CDC rules about returning to work after 5 days isolation, but they have their own policy. However, I just found out that another coworker tested positive on the same day and has been back at work yesterday and today. Personally I do not think this is fair. Should I ask for my 2 days back? How should I proceed?
