I work on a paving crew and we do alot of state highways. we work long hours the hottest days of the year. I have ask my foreman on multiple occasions to get us water and everytime he has come up with an excuse. about a month ago I told him we needed water (during the heatwaves) and he looked me straight in the eyes and said “I'm not buying you guys water.” Rest of the crew struggled it off because they said they dont want to bite the hand that feeds them. I'm pissed because if we all band together we could actually make a change.
