So I found out a new hire is making more per hour than me. I make $20 and she’s making $21. She has an associates degree and in two weeks I graduate with my masters degree. I would like to bring this up with management and get my rate raised. I have also been working in this field for 3 years. What is a good way to go about it? I’m very open to suggestions.
