Our corporate office decided to move company site to a new platform and royally f–ked it up. The site doesn't work. The search is buggy. The is a massive back log of fixes the corporate team is working through.
For 2 months we have been locked out from making edits and updates to the site. We can't create new product pages for launches without going to the corporate team, adding more to their work log.
In short. I can't do anything but play referee between our marketing teams and the corporate team. Constantly putting out fires.
Today I had a meeting with manager who informed me product teams are throwing me under the bus because they aren't getting there edits done or the turn around time for corporate is taking to long.
Why the f–k am I even trying with these people?
I have one foot out the door and about to pull the second out.
The biggest down side of everything is that basically everything I have built for this company in past year is now destroyed. I'd be embarrassed to show any potential employer that yes I worked for this company and this is the final website.
