Found out the new girl hired for my position is being paid as much as I am.

I’ve worked there for a year now. I am their best client specialist apparently and they’ve hired a girl FINALLY to work the days I don’t. And they started her with my pay. After my year of no calling in, no constant calling on my days off like many others, constant covering. She makes the same as me. Even though I earned all my pay increases. I am calling them tomorrow and telling them I am quitting unless they give me a raise. This is bullshit.
