The pay is good and I was pulled in 2 days after submitting an application. I am an professional driver. I did a driving test and everything went well.it got weird during the job offer phase. The idiot recruiter didn't know that I could hear everything through the wall.
The recruiter offered me half the pay from what was advertised, and tried to force me to work graveyard shift. He pushed me to pack my things to leaves and end the interview 3 times.
- He said no shifts but graveyard was available, I said no thanks. But then he backed off from that
- The rate of pay was half of the advertisement in the paperwork, he claims it was an old form and it was an honest mistake.
- Claimed all employees are required to work 7 days a week at this time due to the employee shortage. But the office lady was off today so he couldn't show me that in the handbook because they were in her office….. I brought it to his attention that everyone was required to work 7 days and he said not the office.
Every time I could hear him talking with his manager through the wall. The first time he went over to get permission they talked about baseball, and he said nothing about me not wanting to work nights. The third time he started yelling at him saying so fucking what ! Just hire him and 11 others. The guy was just on a controlling power trip. The company didn't give a crap. What's up with these recruiters that make things harder than it has to be.
