I work for a small organization and do the work of three positions. That’s not hyperbole, my title actually includes three managerial positions. I’m salary and my hours vary by week, but it’s not unusual for me to work late into the evenings and on weekends. The job is work from home, but offers no benefits.
I found my company’s tax information, and my boss, who only has one job at our organization, makes well over 100k a year, double what I make. His pay is salary as well, but he takes off a minimum of 6 weeks a year.
