I like this sub and agree that employers typically trend towards oppressive, but I have a question. How much shit are you willing to eat before you’re willing to break away and venture out on your own? If you have the skill and competence to do it, break away. Own your freedom, be your own boss. It’s not easy, but god damn is it worth it.
