I don’t know what I should do, this is the third week in which I was promised a pay bump, half of my colleagues gotten the raise and half hasn’t, they said they were fixing the issue, but the 9th will mark the third week. I’m 19, and I never experienced something like this before in a working environment..Money is already very tight and I just had to sell my car because of the recent breakdown it had to a junkyard..Any advice?
