A friend of mine accepted a Managerial job at an undisclosed fast food chain at 15/hr, after they've gotten through the hiring process they're wanting to start him as kitchen crew at 8/hr and the GM states that the managerial position was never offered, is there a legal avenue that the my friend can take if they have documentation otherwise? This is located in the state of texas btw. The time spent on the application process, interviews, and start of orientation, etc. Amounts to about 4 business days
