So basically I work at a fast food place, and our fryer vents went out. Our entire kitchen has a mist to it from all the smoke, was told by higher ups we can’t leave the back door open. Any suggestions on what to do? Everyone starting to complain it’s messing with them but just seems like we just gotta get through it and work.
