I'm not fucking stupid, this isn't to 'measure effectiveness of services and how long they take to deliver' this is just blatant micromanagement. you're not 'gaining new insights' you're 'finding new ways to get more work out of us while still not paying us enough'
it's funny how these departments existed for years without these tools, but now that we're remote they're being implemented. started the process 2 years ago? gee what happened 2 years ago…hmmm, idk probably nothing.
