Anyone else feel like nonprofit are fake and sinister? Nonprofit employees except those in the middle and upper management are some of the most exploit, overworked, and underpaid individuals I have met. Even ones who proclaims that their mission statement is to reduce income inequality perpetuates income inequality in their own establishment. I’m absolutely disgusted, at least for profits do not hide behind the mask of benevolence in their exploitation and that seem more genuine in comparison.
