It's been a long time coming due to being fucked over on training but an email about pay was the straw that broke the camel's back this afternoon.
Every year beginning in April, the company negotiates pay with the union. This usually takes until August and is backdated back to April. In all fairness my company are so anally retentive I have always been treated with dignity and respect to my face. The only time I have ever seen or even heard of a manager losing their rag at someone was both well deserved and utterly hilarious with all the guys taking the managers side. Anyway. Back to pay negotiations. Got an email from the director today banging on about how the company is so hard up and they can't afford fuck all and theres no money to afford anything resembling a decent pay rise and that we should vote to accept the firms dog shit offer.
