Funny how mental health can improve outside.

Lately my mental health has been terrible due to work stress. Normally speaking, I have to sit still for 8+ hours a day in a dusty, dirty office in a steel mill, listening to boomers talking about their caravans, formula 1, football and so on. The insane demands by corporate (MOAR PROFIT!!!) with too few people and just the boring monotony of daily office life have driven me to sit crying in my car everyday to work, wondering if it isn't just better to end it all by plowing my car into a tree or truck, wishing it would all end. Yesterday, I came home from a 3 week vacation in brazil. Spent my time there swimming in waterfalls, hiking in nature, getting some actual sunshine, having fun with my girlfriend and her family. My mental health has improved remarkably. Weird huh. Almost like human beings were not meant to…

Weird huh. Almost like human beings were not meant to be locked into an office for 8 hours per day pushing buttions.
