I am based in Australia, I am a woman, working as a Senior HR Manager, and have just discovered that my male colleague, is earning $25k more than me for doing exactly the same role. I am furious. Has anyone else been in this situation? I am on a fixed term contract and am concerned that I will lose my job if I challenge it. Any advice appreciated. I am obviously now looking for another role.
