Gave in my one month notice, not sure if I can last the duration.

I gave my notice, this job was awful. I applied for a 9-5, but due to constant high volumes I leave around 8 something. I come home at 9 and have to get ready for the next day as they expect us to come 30-20 mins early each day to prepare. I don’t have the luxury of other office workers, to daydream or pretend your doing something. I am always doing something and more. My lunch is 30 minutes, but my coworkers eat at their desk still with the mouse on the other hand clicking away. I get a call from customers every 30 seconds to a minute and yet I am expected to complete the high volume of work. There was a point that I would leave everyday between 8-9 for a weeks on end. We got a bonus but it was no where near enough to make up…

I get a call from customers every 30 seconds to a minute and yet I am expected to complete the high volume of work. There was a point that I would leave everyday between 8-9 for a weeks on end. We got a bonus but it was no where near enough to make up for the hours. There were occasions where we stayed behind till 8 and weren’t given an extra break or food just stress with a side of micromanagement.

I gave my notice, but I can’t stand it knowing I’m leaving anyway. I’ll just try to take holidays and hope they get approved despite the volumes. Can’t wait for my last day.
