Basically I gave my two weeks notice a week ago cause I found a new job and I asked my boss why I wasn't given holiday pay for labour day. Thought it had something to do with me being on salary but he said usually I'd be given time off in lieu but since I haven't been there for three months I don't qualify. That kind of sounds like bull to me and I have been there for three months. Is he right? I can't find much info online. I only have three shifts left.
