I am a 33 F, working with an all male staff. I have been discriminated against ever since the man before me retired. I have been verbally harassed, alienated and now, currently on my second suspension in less than 6 months, over something incredibly small and trivial. My bosses don't like strong women, and keep referring to me as “aggressive” whenever I speak up or defend myself.
They are trying to get me fired. Everyday I'm paranoid that they are watching me on the cameras, waiting for me to fuck up.
I have brought this to my union, and have filed a grievance (again) against this suspension.
I am so stressed out and am feeling very hopeless. How do I proceed?
