Genuine question about costs

I work at a store that consistently makes over a million dollars a week. We have around 200 employees and just to be generous I'll say the employees make an average of $60,000 a year (this is nearly three times what I actually make) for a total of $12,000,000 a year on the workforce. So what is the other $40,000,000 being spent on? And how much after all costs are accounted for is going into the shareholders and top earners in the company?
