ADA = Americans with Disability Act. These days my mother has low vision and decreased mobility, so she is no longer able to go into work. She, like many, has been working from home since COVID started. They are now asking everyone to come into work 3 days a week. I told her to say no, but beyond that, can she say no under the ADA? So they really have to accept it? If so, how should she word it? Thanks so much!
