I’ve seen a lot of American movies and TV and just kind of assumed they massively exaggerated the risks and sacrifices people would make to get money. You know, to make an exciting show. After reading some stuff on here I feel like maybe it wasn’t that exaggerated, seems you’re pretty much locked into a bad life if you’re poor.
