Started a new job in April. Loved it. Worked my ass off every day. Sweat dripping in my eyes and down my back labouring. Just to get told yesterday I'm fired. And the reasoning is “too many safety violations”..
I had one.. back in April, that my manager even wrote on the incident report that he was partly at fault for making us use a faulty piece of equipment.
So where are these other safety violations? Surely I'm not being fired for an incident that happened in April? When I tried to get more information HR and Boss just left the room. I have a union rep (I'm a probationary employee so I'm essentially screwed) the union rep got told by HR and Boss they will give him info Monday. Like what?????
