Getting paid my delivery hourly wage, while working in the pizza shop.

The pizza place I deliver for has a system for clocking out on deliveries. When I’m in the store, I make minimum wage. $9 something. When I go out for delivery, that drops down to $7 something. In order to make our out times look better, they’ve been clocking us out before the pizzas are ready. I’m afraid if I bring it up to my boss, they’ll lower my on the road wages, because I’m pretty sure the minimum wage for tipped employees in my state is $5 something.

I’m just frustrated, too tired to really make a big fuss about it, but I feel like I need to do something. Do I have any options other than finding a new job?
