GF fired for having covid

So my GF worked at a restaurant for a little over 2 weeks. She got COVID on the 10th and just came back today Monday the 15, and was told she was being fired for having covid amongst a slew of other bullshit that wasn't true. The manager literally said that the 5-day CDC guidelines was a courtesy, plus the manager and some other staff members even worked with COVID and didn't tell anyone (can't physically prove that happened). I just wanna know what our options are (definitely going to a labor lawyer)? Do we have case?
