I've been working for 4 months for this company. No training on old clunky systems. They pulled a bait and switch saying the job was remote after training, then it was remote after hire. With the lead boss big boomer who hates people working remotely saying you dont need to work remote I like you in the office. I am expected to do my job as well management reports. I am paid for just my job. My bosses are rude and alcoholics who forget what they told me from day to day. After 3 months of applying I finally got an offer for job with everything I want and remote. I was originally going to finish the week but due to hating it all so much I am leaving my keys on my desk tonight when I leave. Instantly feel so amazing.
