I worked at a place and we do different things during rhe day but for these 2 hours I was a cashier and a women who looked like had cancer and she was with her child just i didn't scan a lot of items. To me the medical bills and he child costed money to support. Just reduced the price of everything and didn't scan most items. I felt bad so I just gave away free stuff without telling them i was so. I was doing so and had a good conversation with them and gave the kid stickers. I saved them money and said fuck it. They bought let say 10 bananas as an example and put down 1. I just made it super cheap for them. Company makes enough money so I didn't feel bad. But I felt good helping someone who really needed a good day.
