Just a small rant.
I used to work in events, I spent 4 years of my life working with a company where the norm is 12h-15h days, where you stand around pointing people in the right direction to the club regardless of the weather.
I hated it, and I hate that I have to go back bcs my new job's pay does not cover the basics.
The only good thing this events job has going for it is that it is a 0 hrs contract meaning I can pick my shifts when convenient but I thought I had finally been able to move on to better things. God damn it.
