When COVID started and all other companies acted like it wasn't important, the company I work for prepared and told us “you might need to work from home next week or later – we're working on it”.
Shit hit the fan – we were prepared.
I was at home working – “what do you need? We realize you don't have high quality coffee – buy a good coffee machine, we'll pay for it”.
My employer gave us extra days off in between to give us time to breathe.
I hope you have an employer who treats you with the same respect.
