I’ve been keeping an eye on Shakers as I found the owner’s email to be particularly heinous. When I checked their Google reviews yesterday around this time, there were 1,300ish reviews and a 3.4 star rating. Just checked a minute ago, now there are just over 1,000 and a 4.5 star rating. They’re deleting all of the bad reviews, even those posted before the owner sent the email. I had the general idea that this sort of thing happened sometimes, but I had no idea they’d do this to cover up backlash from someone committing a literal crime. Just goes to show how far maniacs with too much money and time will go to hide any sort of wrongdoing.
Never trusting Google reviews ever again. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting.
