Got a higher offer but I like my current job

Looking for advice and hoping this is a good place to ask for it. I actually like my current job, it's with a small well run company with a management and owner that do care about their employees. However, being a small company, the salary increases have been small as well, especially considering the current inflation. Looking for advice and hoping this is a good place to ask for it. I actually like my current job, it's with a small well run company with a management and owner that do care about their employees. However, being a small company, the salary increases have been small as well, especially considering the current inflation. I have talked about it a few times with my manager but he claims his hands are tied and they can't give me a raise.

Now I went out looking and got a job offer from a very big company in our space with much better brand recognition, better benefits and about a 30% salary increase. The issue is that the company is also known for horrible work life balance and the position wouldnt have as much growth potential as I do in the current role.

Given all this, I have decided to use the new offer to get a salary match. I have however, never done this before and have been at my job for about 10 years and was at the previous one for about the same. I won't stay at the current salary but I really dont want to leave either. What do you guys think and what is the best way to negotiate with this offer in hand with my current job to get what I want and how does that impact my future growth here?
