Got a new job at ford wasn’t told it’s 56 hours a week with no ot and only pays for 40!

Ironically Ford invented the 8 hour day and the 5 day work week September 26th. Instead of quiting I'm working with the local unions to get one established here! Wish me luck cause I'm in Florida!
