Got a promotion but no salary increase, should I quit?

So I (25M) work as a software developer, I currently have two full time jobs because I had goals that required money. On my second job which I have performing for 6 months now I was told that they needed me for another client, my previous project has just concluded and I got glowing reviews by both co-workers and the client's VP and Head of Product. Now, they don't know I have another full time job so while the extra money has been a godsend I am not at unemployment's doors thankfully. I literally got out of the meeting where they told me I was to get paid to same but this time to manage a team of 5 at a startup.

My mother (a wise woman) says I should send my resignation today, like right now. I am scheduled to start leading tomorrow.

For context the company is a offshore/outsourcing software dev company and I live in LATAM.

Sorry for any English mistakes but I wanted to hear the unbiased opinion of others.
