Today, I experienced the joy of being offered a promotion from a job that I was over qualified for to a position that I am still likely over qualified for. The movement is from hourly to salary and I'd be making a clear 15k+ plus less 🤡🤡🤡 I have no clue why anyone offering the “promotion” feels it's a promotion, but I have literally never felt so disrespected in the workplace.
