Antiwork

Got a “raise” but told them i was not happy with it.

So i (23M) have been employed for 7 years at this restaurant/bar . Started when i was 16. Wanted to discuss my pay but then the pandemic came and decided to wait. After the whole pandemic crisis is now almost over and we are working again. I told the owner i was unhappy with my minimum pay 10.80/h and wanted to discuss it. I am now talking to the HR side of things to discuss my pay increase. They agreed to increase my pay and made it 11.80/h but i am still not satisfied. Having received 0 pay increases ever only from minimum wage going up as my age progressed. I am thinking of giving them a ultimatum. Either they going to pay me 15/h or i will walk out. How would you propose this professionally in a well structured way trying to convince them you are worth it?
