I’m so thankful for the 2.1% raise I got earlier this year (this was one of the better raises as well). I am salaried and we had a brutal year so everyone was working a ton of OT just about every week. The executives were super busy as well counting their money and looking at record profits. This whole trickle down economics really does work. I just wish I was trickled on more… maybe next year?
