Earlier in March, I was wrapping a pile of pallets to ship out, when an employee without a forklift license, came too close behind me with the lift (I assume to put the pile I had to wrap closer to me) and tipped a pile of 15 high pallets onto my back as I was bent over. I'm waiting for an answer from CNESST to either approve or deny my claim for pay indemnity. I also have an MRI this coming tuesday as my back seems to be getting worse despite cnesst covered physio appointments. The management is shit and the amount of illegal things I've witnessed and know about are far too high.
I worked my ass off for this company for 3 years, and also just heard from a coworker that now of all times, they decide to give all their employees bonuses due to how well the company has been doing the past several months.
