So just as the description states- Wednesday I got an email that I had an employee action and it describes that I will no longer earn any personal leave.
I also looked at my last pay check and they have taken away the personal leave I earned this pay period.
Is this legal? What can I do?
Other coworkers got the same email, no prior conversation or email about this occurring. The effective date is the date of our hires. There are other coworkers who this didn’t happen to.
