I told her the conditions were unbearable and if we weren’t separated I would have to separate myself by getting another job, as this employee knows she will get away with murder. The admin said she took “personal offense” to this like I give a fuck. She also said my assailant called the assault an “accident”. Okay.
I have a question though. She said if I call out the 2 days of my work week that I work with this employee, I won’t be able to use my sick time or other leave. Could this be true? We’re union and when I said “that’s absolutely fine” she stammered as though it was a false threat.
Edit: I appreciate all the advice on getting the union involved, police reports etc but this whole place is corrupt. They tried to shut it down 7 years ago but it’s holding on by a thread. I have a few prospects I can get in quickly and would just like to wash my hands of this place and use up my time.
