Got crap raise of $1 after literally adding a whole other job onto my job. Chief office turn around and get MASSIVE raises

CEO, CFO, VP, and DIrector of HR split $60k at the beginning of the year, and just split another $60k last month. The CFO took nearly 6 months off for personal reasons and the VP cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars and many hours of work when we switch to a new computer system. We took over another company. I gained most of the work. The company made us so much money, they decided to give raises. Yet I wasn't originally on their list to get a raise. My boss raised hell and did get me a buck.
