I got fired from a warehouse job that was beyond ridiculous in a way I can't get into without exposing myself. But beyond being a ridiculous place to work my boss did several illegal things and now I want to make him pay.
Here is a list:
-demoted me and denied my promised raise because I discussed wages with a coworker
-committed insurance fraud in front of me and bragged about it for weeks
-helped his best customer commit fraud against their clients repeatedly
I tried contacting labor attorneys about the wage discussion punishment but can't even get a call back. Should I even be trying to find a lawyer for this or should I just go to the NLRB and report it?
The insurance fraud was for his life insurance. The insurance company sent out someone to his office to conduct a health screening. He has used chewing tobacco since he was a teenager but quit about 2 weeks before this screening so he could lie about his tobacco use. He started chewing again the second the screener left. Can I report this to someone? I don't know the insurance company's name.
One of his customers buys parts for repairing things for a large client of theirs. They purposefully buy a cheaper, less efficient item but tell their clients that they installed the more expensive part. This may actually degrade the efficiency of the system enough to make them technically not in compliance with federal efficiency standards on the device in question.
Sorry if that is confusing but I can't reveal what it was we sold without compromising myself. If it was only about compromising the company I would tell you in a heart beat.
