Got fired from a past job because dumb

A day or so after being fired I got a call from someone in personnel wanting to confirm my home address. I figured they had some paper work they had to send out so I confirmed what is was. About a week later I get a package in the mail that had a nicely framed “Thanks for your 5 years of dedicated service”. sighs
