So I found a job posting from the company I work for. They are hiring someone 30-40k more than most people who work with me. I showed the job posting to a handful of people and it got back to HR. I was pulled into a meeting with the CEO where I was told talking about salary isn't something that should be done and it just upsets people. The CEO also told me that by sharing the job posting with my coworkers that I was creating a toxic work environment!!!
