this might turn out to be a bit confusing but i’ll try my best to explain it. i work as an operator in a carpet factory and my job is to operate a machine that winds cones of yarn onto a beam.
well, i was trying to do my job and i didn’t get enough yarn to get the amount of beams that were needed. i talked to my supervisor about it and she said she’ll order more yarn for me. great, all i had to do was wait for it to arrive which doesn’t even take long. i waited for two hours and i went to her AGAIN and as it turns out, she ended up not ordering it. she says she’ll do it this time so i said okay. the yarn didn’t arrive after another two hours again. by this point, i had ten minutes left of my shift and my supervisor came up to me saying she was going to write me up for not doing my job.
i filed a complaint to HR this morning.
