So I worked at an auto company that is big and I voiced a safety concern. I was dismissed during the meeting about my concern so I left to get my fork truck and start my day. He chased me down and said I was on notice. I got off my truck and said that's bullshit. He backed away and called security and I was fired for assault. Now the hr guy won't file that I've been terminated so I can't get my retirement or unemployment. They also won't let me transfer because “I cause a hostile work environment”
