Like the title says. This morning my supervisor called me asking why I'm not in work. I told him I'm not going back because of them not taking action against the guy who harassed me. Supervisor tells me “Well I think sexual harassment is a very strong accusation” lmao. When I first reported this my supervisor asked me what my coworker was doing, when I asked him if I want to demonstrate, to which agreed, even he agreed that what my coworker was doing made him uncomfortable.
Today was my last day of 3 month probation anyway so even if I tried to bring this any higher, there's no point, there's literally nothing I can do. They were slowly phasing me out ever since the whole claim. I was supposed to work 4 hours today, for the ENTIRE WEEK. It wouldn't even be worth the effort coming in for €40. They hired a bunch of schoolkids (15-18yos) and took away mine and others' hours for them. Bruh…
