I was working at a Marketing agency as an Influencer marketing executive. Worked there about 4 months before I got Layed off.
So was handling about 10 clients and about 80 Influencers. Most of the clients dropped because all they needed was a list of influencers who can work on their basis.
According to the Manager – It was my fault that the clients dropped. And I was the one lacking communication with the clients.
On my exit interview, I went off at the HR and the manager letting them know that Handling the clients and managing the campaigns According to their need is the Manager's job. I'm a just an executive that gets paid $207 a month. ( I'm in India folks – i went through 4 rounds of interview for this. )
It's the startup culture here that has really spoiled the entire job market. People with absolutely no capital expect employees to work 9 hours a day for $207 a month.
Government here is shitty too.
Breast milk is the only thing here that isn't taxed.
